Thank you for the update. You can absolutely transfer your domain here. In order to transfer your already purchased domain to FastComet, it has to follow certain rules, such as: - The domain name to be transferred should be in “ok” or “active” status (check domain status codes) - The owner of the domain should have access to the domain’s administrative email address. - The owner of the domain name should have access to the domain’s EPP/Authorization code. - The domain name must be at least 60-days old. - The domain name should have more than 15 days before expiration. Please bear in mind, that even if ONE of the above domain transfer rules is NOT MET, the domain transfer will FAIL. Full tutorial can be seen at the following link: > https://www.fastcomet.com/tutorials/getting-started/domain-transfer In order not to suffer any additional propagation, you can point your NameServers to your hosting with FastComet by changing them to: Nameserver 1: ns1.depro15.fcomet.com Nameserver 2: ns2.depro15.fcomet.com Bear in mind that when you make DNS changes on your domain, they will take up to a few hours of propagation, before you are able to see them. This is due to the DNS cache kept by your ISP provider for the old destination of your domains. When you access a website, your ISP provider will cache its destination so it can load faster the next time you access it. However, when you point the domain to another server, your ISP will not clear the DNS cache instantly. This is why you will still be accessing the domain on the old server, even though it has been pointed to a new one. This entire process is called propagation and it can take up to a few hours, depending on the setup of your ISP. However, once your domain propagates fully, you will be able to access your domains on our servers without any additional issues. You can find more about propagation on the link below: > https://www.fastcomet.com/tutorials/getting-started/dns-propagation You may use the following online tool to check the status of your domain: > https://www.whois.com It has an option to refresh the data if the check’s status is old. Please make sure you comply with all of the above rules and provide us with the EPP key via this ticket, and we will be more than happy to initiate the domain transfer process for you. I would like to also make you aware that the domain transfer does not include website transfer and in case you would not wish to lose any work you have done or any emails you may have on your old server, you may request a full account transfer to be made by opening a ticket in the Website Transfer category where my colleagues would be able to assist you properly on the matter. In case you would like to simply transfer your domain to us and leave your DNS zone as it is, you should not change your NameServers and leave them as they are. IMPORTANT The entire process of the domain transfer may take up to 15 days. The process is highly dependable on the period for which your current Registrar would release the domain. When we initiate the domain transfer process, you may receive an email with which to confirm that you agree with the transfer. The email would be sent by the Registrar and may take several hours to arrive. Once your domain is with us, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you on its completion and the domain will be seen as ‘Active’ in your client area with us. We are looking forward to your reply.
